Summary

Workforce Time Tracker stores all data locally on your computer. We do not collect, transmit, or store any user data on our servers.

Data Collection

The application collects no data whatsoever. Specifically:

Local Data Storage

The app stores the following files in the same folder as the executable:

You have full control over these files. You can view, edit, back up, or delete them at any time.

License Validation

License keys are validated locally using cryptographic signatures. No server is contacted during license validation. The license key is stored in your local settings.json file.

Payment Processing

If you purchase a license, payment is processed by our payment partner. Their privacy policies govern the payment transaction. We receive only your email address and organization name to generate your license key.

Third Parties

The application does not send data to, or receive data from, any third-party service. It does not call any external API, including Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk, Asana, Linear, Monday.com, or any other platform.

The "auto-detect" feature reads only the title of the active foreground window on your own machine (a standard operating-system call) to suggest a customer or case name. The window title never leaves your computer.

Children's Privacy

This product is intended for professional business use and is not directed at children under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page. Since the app collects no data, meaningful changes are unlikely.
